Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Olexyn Systems LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“ProductoHub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your access to and use of productohub.com, every subdomain and product website we operate, and every digital product you buy from us (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by Olexyn Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. ProductoHub is a brand of that company. You can reach us at support@productohub.com.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to productohub.com and to every website, subdomain, application and digital product operated by Olexyn Systems LLC under the ProductoHub umbrella, unless a specific product publishes its own terms.

A product page may add terms that describe that product in more detail — what it contains, how it is delivered, what a subscription includes. Those product-specific terms supplement these Terms. If a product-specific term directly conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific term prevails for that product only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. If you are younger, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You confirm that the information you give us — in particular your email address and billing details — is accurate and yours to use.

4. Accounts

Some products require an account or a personal access link. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access links confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@productohub.com if you believe someone else has gained access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised or is being used in breach of these Terms.

5. What you are buying

Our products are digital. Depending on the product, a purchase gives you one or both of the following:

• Downloadable files — for example PDF documents, spreadsheets, templates or audio files.
• Access to a web-based tool — a browser application, either for a one-time payment or on a subscription.

Nothing physical is shipped. The product page in force at the time of your purchase describes what is included; that description is what you are entitled to receive.

6. Your licence to use our products

When your payment is confirmed, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the product for your own personal use or for the internal use of your own business, for as long as these Terms are respected. You may print a copy of a downloadable file for your own use.

You may not:

• resell, rent, sublicense, lend or otherwise commercially exploit a product;
• republish or distribute a product, in whole or in substantial part, in any public or shared location;
• share your account, access link or downloaded files with people outside your household or organization;
• remove or alter any copyright, credit or licence notice;
• use the content to build, train or fine-tune an automated or machine-learning system, or to create a competing product.

If you need a licence for a team, a school or an organization, write to us and we will tell you what is available.

7. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and, unless clearly stated otherwise, are in United States dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time; a price change never affects an order that has already been completed.

Applicable sales tax, VAT or similar charges may be added at checkout where we are required to collect them. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store full card numbers. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge shown at checkout. If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may suspend or withdraw access to the product until the matter is resolved.

8. Subscriptions and renewals

Some products are sold as a subscription. Where that is the case:

• the price and the billing interval (for example, monthly) are shown before you confirm the purchase;
• the subscription is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel;
• you can cancel at any time — from your account, from the link in your receipt, or by writing to support@productohub.com;
• cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for;
• if we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before the change applies to one of your renewals, so that you can cancel first.

9. Delivery and access

Delivery is electronic and normally immediate: once your payment is confirmed, you receive your download links or access details on screen and by email at the address you gave at checkout.

If nothing arrives, check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to support@productohub.com and we will resend it. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for having a device and connection able to open standard file formats.

10. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital products. The full conditions and the exact procedure are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to do anything unlawful, and in particular not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or connected systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through scraping, automated access, denial-of-service or the introduction of malicious code;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of a web tool, except where the law expressly allows it;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content where a product accepts text or files from you.

12. Intellectual property

All content and software forming part of the Services — text, layouts, illustrations, code, trademarks and brand names, including “ProductoHub” — is owned by Olexyn Systems LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Buying a product grants you the licence described in section 6 and transfers no ownership.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use them freely, without obligation or compensation to you.

13. Third-party services and platforms

The Services rely on third parties for payment processing, email delivery, hosting and similar functions, and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of third-party sites.

If you bought one of our products through a third-party marketplace or platform rather than directly from us, that platform's own terms and refund rules also apply to your purchase, and in some cases the platform — not us — is the seller of record.

14. No professional advice and no guaranteed results

15. Availability of the Services

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including individual products, at any time. We take reasonable care to keep purchased downloads available to buyers, but we recommend that you save your own copy of any file you download, and we do not guarantee indefinite hosting of any file.

If we permanently discontinue a subscription product, we will stop billing you and, where you have paid for a period you can no longer use, we will refund that period on a pro-rata basis.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olexyn Systems LLC and the people who work with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olexyn Systems LLC from any claim, loss, liability or reasonable expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by redistributing a product or by abusing the refund policy. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

You may stop using the Services at any time, and cancel any subscription as described in section 8. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 6, 12, 16, 17, 18 and 21 — continue to apply.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, our operations or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where the law requires it. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The version in force at the time of a purchase governs that purchase.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please write to support@productohub.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most issues are settled that way.

22. General provisions

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to an affiliate or in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
